We may collect personal information such as name and title, postal and email addresses. Other information relating to you or a relevant group in connection with the services we offer.

This information is in order to assist us with processing enquiries and bookings for our services. We do not currently process financial transactions through our website. We also collect information if you have asked to be kept up to date through our email news.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you make an enquiry from the Letton Hall Website, as part of the process of arranging a stay or event, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address and other contact details. This information is stored in an online database managed securely by SHEEP CRM (http://getsheep.co.uk/)

Email communications: With your permission (when you sign up), we may send you emails containing news about Letton Hall, activities and other updates. Our email communications and mailing list are managed by MailChimp  (http://mailchimp.com)

CONSENT

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction or make a booking, we take this to imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as our email mailing list, we will either ask you directly for your explicit consent.

A few optional features, such as making an enquiry or signing up for our email news, ask you to provide some information. This will only be used by Letton Hall through our connected database and bulk email services.
