Your Event at Letton Hall

Wedding Venue Hire

Letton Hall is a Grade II*listed Georgian manor house, in the Norfolk countryside, set in generous grounds.

We have two giant Kata Tipi’s (teepees) which would make a fantastic space to host your wedding breakfast or reception.

The Hall itself has two large reception rooms, the library and the drawing room which have a connecting door. The drawing room has a door which leads out onto a terrace with steps down to the garden. There is also a dining room which is accessed from either the main entrance hall or through the drawing room.

Letton Hall is not licenced for wedding ceremonies

We only offer venue hire. You will need to choose your own caterers. We do have a large kitchen and wash-up area available for caterers to use. We do not currently have nominated caterers but please be advised that all caterers will need to be approved by Letton Hall prior to any booking.

Letton Hall is currently in the process of applying for a premises license to sell alcohol. Once our license has been approved you would be expected to use our bar. If your booking has been made before our license is granted and a bar company has been hired by you we will honour this booking.

Below are the options available to hire our venue

All options include our onsite Event Manager, access from 1pm to set up the venue the day before the wedding, and access the day after the wedding to take down decorations by 12pm. 

 

Option 1 : Exclusive use of The Hall only

This will give you the library, drawing room, dining room and grounds surrounding The Hall. Your caterers will have access to the kitchen and wash-up area. You will also have the use of one room for changing, leaving personal belongings for the bride/groom.

Maximum of 40 guests for a formal sit down meal in the dining room.

Maximum of 85 guests for a buffet style meal.

TOTAL COST : £3,100.00 with a non refundable deposit of £1,000.00 payable at the time of booking.

 

Option 2 : Everything included in option 1 PLUS one Teepee

Included with the Teepee hire are tables and bench style seating, rush mat flooring, fairy lights and 6 up lights.

One Teepee will seat up to 70 guests

TOTAL COST  : £4,950.00 with a non refundable deposit of £1,500.00 payable at the time of booking.

 

Option 3 : Everything included in option 1 PLUS two Teepees

Included with the Teepee hire are tables and bench style seating, rush mat flooring, fairy lights and 6 up lights.

Two Teepees will seat up to 120 guests

TOTAL COST  : £6,200.00 with a non refundable deposit of £1,900.00 payable at the time of booking.

Additional Extras for Option 2 & 3 

Mini Teepee, ideal for your bar area £200.00

Wooden Dance Floor 12ft x 12ft £350.00

 

We would be happy to discuss a bespoke wedding package with you as we understand that not all weddings are the same

 

You will need to hire all crockery, cutlery, glassware and tableware for your wedding as Letton Hall only has a small quantity of basic crockery and cutlery.

We have a dedicated Events Team who are experienced in hosting events at Letton Hall and would work with you, your event planner, if you have one, and your suppliers to make your wedding day a special occasion. We would be more than happy for you to visit Letton Hall to have a look for yourselves and discuss your ideas.

Farewell Gatherings at Letton Hall

 

We are able to offer a space for your farewell gathering or wake in a relaxed and peaceful setting

 

Letton hall is a Grade II* listed Georgian manor house which is set in approximately 10 acres of tranquil Norfolk countryside, situated between Cranworth & Shipdham.

The house has a generous entrance hall leading to the library and adjoining drawing room. Doors from the drawing room give access to the grounds. There is a stairlift and platform wheelchair lift if required, with plenty of parking at the front of the Hall.

Our in house chef is able to offer catering with a choice of hot or cold options, all of our menus include tea and coffee.

Our venue is not currently licensed but you are welcome to bring your own alcoholic drinks. For an additional cost we can add soft drinks to your catered package.

We are an allergen aware site and are happy to cater for dietary requirements wherever possible.
