Although we calculate fees on the basis of the numbers attending, there are minimum charges that apply for use of The Hall and/or The Stables or for the use of the whole site.

We appreciate that this is very desirable and we would especially recommend this if you have not been before. We would be happy to welcome you and show you round, but please call to make arrangements.

Letton Hall provide bedding, but your guests should bring their own toiletries and towels.

In order to keep our prices as low as we can, we do ask our self-catered groups to clean before they leave and provide you with the information and materials you need to do this. It works best if everyone helps, so please ensure you allow time in your programme for this to be done well!

Alternatively, for an additional fee, we will do the cleaning for you.

Yes, some of the major stores deliver here fairly regularly, but you need to check with your chosen store. We are not able to order for you and would ask that someone from your group is on site in time to receive the delivery.

We have a no pets policy. However assistance dogs are welcome.

We do not have P.A. systems installed or available in any of our rooms, so if you require them, you need to bring your own. There are large screen HD televisions in The Hall and The Stables, which can be connected to your laptops for display purposes if required.

A completed booking form and deposit are due within six weeks of making a provisional booking and final fees at the time of or immediately after your visit.  We can provide you with payment details and many groups opt to pay by bank transfer. We can take cheques, but not credit card payments.

Letton Hall has a comprehensive public liability policy in place. However, we advise all groups to take out suitable insurance to cover, loss, damage or personal injury sustained in connection with their event and also to cover the possibility of cancellation.

It is not often possible to provide for day groups at the weekends, as these are usually fully booked.  In the mid-week, we may have space for day conferences or events, please contact the office to confirm availability.

We can only provide for campers who are part of a group using The Stables or the whole site and the numbers are limited. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Yes, we do. The Shop is stocked with a range of sweets and snacks, drinks, books and gifts. We therefore ask groups not to bring their own sweets or books for sale.
