Wedding Venue Hire
Letton Hall is a Grade II*listed Georgian manor house, in the Norfolk countryside, set in generous grounds
The Hall would be an ideal venue for smaller weddings or if you are looking for something extra we have two giant Kata Tipis which would make a fantastic space to host your wedding breakfast or reception. The Tipis are only available during the months of May – September.
The Hall itself has two large reception rooms, the library and the drawing room which have a connecting door. The drawing room has a door which leads out onto a terrace with steps down to the garden. There is also a dining room which is accessed from either the main entrance hall or through the drawing room.
Letton Hall is not licenced for wedding ceremonies
All prices are inclusive of VAT
We only offer venue hire. You will need to choose your own caterers. We do have a large kitchen and wash-up area available for caterers to use. We do not currently have nominated caterers but please be advised that all caterers will need to be approved by Letton Hall prior to any booking.
We are able to provide a licensed bar.
We are happy to work with you to purchase your preferred table wine, prosecco/champagne, however if you choose to provide your own wine there is a corkage fee for table wine and prosecco/champagne opened on site.
Below are the options available to hire our venue.
All options include our onsite Event Manager, access to the venue the day before the wedding time to be arranged with Letton Hall, and access the day after the wedding to take down decorations by 12pm.
Option 1 : Exclusive use of The Hall only
This will give you the library, drawing room, dining room and grounds surrounding The Hall. Your caterers will have access to the kitchen and wash-up area. You will also have the use of one room for changing, leaving personal belongings for the bride/groom.
Maximum of 40 guests plus a top table for a formal sit down meal in the dining room.
Maximum of 80 guests for a buffet style meal. Some tables can be available if required
TOTAL COST : £4,000.00 with a non refundable deposit of £1,500.00 payable at the time of booking.
Option 2 : Everything included in option 1 PLUS the Tipi(s) which are available during summer months only (May – September)
The Tipis can be hired individually or both together. Included with the Tipi hire are rustic tables and bench style seating, rush mat flooring, fairy lights and 6 up lights if required.
Single Tipi will seat a maximum of 60 guests
Both Tipis will seat a maximum of 120 guests
TOTAL COST FOR THE HALL PLUS 1 TIPI : £6,000.00 with a non refundable deposit of £2,000.00 payable at the time of booking.
TOTAL COST FOR THE HALL PLUS 2 TIPIS : £8,000.00 with a non refundable deposit of £2,500.00 payable at the time of booking.
Additional Extras
Additional guests over the agreed capacity may be possible but must be agreed with Letton Hall. These additional guests would be charged at £10 per guest.
Mini Teepee, ideal for an outdoor bar area £350.00
Wooden Dance Floor 16ft x 16ft £350.00 – This is a compulsory cost if you have dancing in the Tipi
The Norfolk Wing is in the grounds of Letton Hall, a self contained 5 bedroom venue and sleeps up to 9 people, is available to book as part of your wedding package. The current price for this is £270.00 per night, prices may be subject to change in 2025.
It may be possible for Letton Hall to provide crockery and cutlery hire but we only have a limited amount of basic items, we would recommend that you hire these items through a specialist company. Please contact us to discuss availability and pricing.
Any damages incurred will be charged after the event.

We have a dedicated Events Team who are experienced in hosting events at Letton Hall and would work with you, your event planner, if you have one, and your suppliers to make your wedding day a special occasion. We would recommend that you to visit Letton Hall to have a look for yourselves and discuss your ideas.
