Introduction to Breadmaking Workshops in April
We have 2 dates available with 10 spaces on each workshop
Friday 19th April 10am – 4pm
&
Saturday 20th April 10am – 4pm
The course will be run by Iain Every a Master Baker who says
“Why spend money on that which is not bread, and your labour on that which does not satisfy?”
Disappointed with the poor quality loaves on offer at his local supermarket, Iain opened the Everybread Micro Bakery in 2014, bringing good bread to the people of Manchester from the family kitchen for six years.
He has taught many breadmaking classes and community workshops, even teaching others how to set up their own micro bakeries.
Iain is keen to share the simple tips and tricks needed to overcome the most common mistakes and produce, good, healthy and satisfying bread.
As he says, “There was a time when every family made their own bread, so it can’t be that difficult, can it?”
The cost is £80 per person

The ticket price includes : all of the ingredients, notes to take home, everything you bake on the day, refreshments and a light lunch
